PLEASE NOTE:

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• They will expire after this period and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or extended.

• Vouchers are valid only at Mezza Restaurant and cannot be used for online ordering.

• Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for goods and dining experience at Mezza.

• Each voucher can be used for one transaction only. Any remaining balance cannot be carried over, refunded, or exchanged for cash or another voucher.

• Reservations are subject to availability. To book, please use the contact details below.

• For postal delivery: Vouchers will be sent to physical addresses only. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery.

• For email delivery: If you haven’t received your voucher, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
