Reservation Terms & Conditions:

At Mezza Restaurant, we are committed to providing an exceptional dining experience for all our guests.

To ensure smooth operations and fairness to everyone, please take a moment to review our reservation guidelines:

Securing Your Reservation
To confirm your booking, we may require card details. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, and all payment information is securely processed via Stripe. In some cases—such as high-demand dates, peak hours, or last-minute reservations—a deposit may be required to secure your table.

Cancellation 
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the restaurant or cancel your reservation online as so we have every opportunity to rebook the table to an alternative customer.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee of £10 per guest. This policy also applies to no-shows.

Time Allocation
All reservations have a strict time allocation limit, especially on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Groups of 1-6 guests will be allocated 1.5 hours per booking. Groups of 7+ guests will be allocated 2 hours per booking.

Late Arrivals
If you anticipate arriving late, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, late arrivals may result in a reduced dining time due to later reservations.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without having notified the restaurant, your table may be released.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If an unforeseen situation prevents you from attending your reservation, please contact us at least 2 hours in advance, and we will do our best to reschedule your booking at our discretion.

Special Dietary Requirements
If you or any of your guests have dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs as best as possible.

Large Bookings & Special Occassions
For large bookings of 7+ we will require a credit card hold of £10/head. 
During busy periods it may be advised to take one of our set menu options we may require your order in advance to be able to serve you and your guest with the best possible service. 
In case of cancellation or reduction in number of guests we will require 72 hour notice. If we do not receive this minimum amount of notice, deposits will become non-refundable for those who do not attend. 

Pets & Assistance Animals
We do not allow animals in the restaurant, with the exception of certified assistance dogs.
