Deposits are fully refundable if any changes or cancellations are made at least 48 hours prior to the event date. Tickets can be transferred to another date with at least 48 hours’ notice , subject to availability. Any requests for cancellations or date changes (as per points 2 and 3) must be emailed to [ reservations@mezzarestaurants.com ] , including the event date and ticket numbers. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the event may result in the £10 deposit being withheld , except in exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed at our discretion.
